Honorary Citizenship in memory of Blessed Mother Esperanza di Gesù
A delegation from the "United States of the World" took part in Todi in the ceremony to confer honorary citizenship on Mother Hope of Jesus, born María Josefa Alhama Valera (Santomera, 30 September 1893 - Collevalenza, 8 February 1983): she was a Spanish religious and mystic, founder of the Congregations of the Handmaids of Merciful Love and the Sons of Merciful Love. She is venerated as Blessed by the Catholic Church.
