It is the institution, an au-tonomous section, whose Statute has been signed  by women, women's networks and personalities engaged in the world to defend their rights: it constitutes the reference point for the Women and Development area.
Established in 2017 in Naples, at the headquarters of the United States of the World, its main purpose is to recognize women as the main promoters of connections between civil societies: supporting their training, education and access to new tools and digital technologies.
