The International Committee consists of the representatives of the member countries and institutions of the "United States of the World", the Presidents of the "Permanent Commissions" and the members of the "Honour Committee".
Since 1992, there have been more than 400 members who have made a fundamental contribution to the political, institutional, cultural and social direction of the "United States of the World". The Presidents of the International Committee have nurtured a choral multidisciplinary action that has contributed to the completion, in 2022 and after more than 30 years, of the final drafting and subsequent approval of the "Constitution of the United States of the World". Since 1992, the Presidents of the International Committee have been: Kiro Gligorov (Republic of North Macedonia, 1992-1994); Igor Man (Italy, 1995-1997); Khaled Fouad Allam (Algeria, 1998-2000); Nullo Minissi (Italy, 2001-2004); Predrag Matvejevic’ (Bosnia, 2005-2017); Maria Pia Balducci (Italy, 2018- 2022); Massimo Pica Ciamarra (Italy, dal 2023).
