It is the network of civil society organizations and associations of the 67 countries of the Great Mediterranean, an autonomous section of the "United States of the World" ..

It is the institution, an autonomous section, which brings together more than 10,000 civil society organisations from various countries that support the United States of the World; the Statute has been signed by representatives of civil society organisations and institutions and is the reference for the area Human Rights, Justice and Lawfulness.
Its main aim is to act as an original civil society network for an effective cultural dialogue between all peoples, with a special focus on the Americas, Africa, Asia, Southeast Europe and the countries on the southern shores of the Mediterranean, which for historical reasons have remained in a secondary position in terms of culture and international politics in recent centuries.
Many initiatives have been carried out over more than twenty years: among them the Civil Society Forums that have involved thousands of representatives from more than 180 countries, including many young people.
