The Constitution of the "United States of the World", after 35 years of effort, was approved on 18 Nov 2022 ...

The ceremony took place at the headquarters in Naples in the presence of the members of the Board of Directors, members of the International Committee, members of the Executive Committee, representatives of the Ambassadors of the United States of the World, Presidents of the Permanent Commissions, heads of the Autonomous Sections, representatives of the SUM Network, representatives of the Bishops of the United States of the World, and delegates from 181 countries from the 5 continents adhering to the United States of the World.
The Act of Approval of the "Constitution" was drafted by Notary Ennio de Rosa after the filing with the Court of Naples of the 3 official editions of the document in Italian, English and French.
On this occasion, Secretary General Prof. Michele Capasso expressed great emotion for a historic moment that sees for the first time summarised in a 'Constitutional Charter' the rights and duties of the world's inhabitants to safeguard the Earth and ensure Peace.
Attached to the act of approval were the first adhesions and ratifications, including those of the Salesians of Don Bosco, the Islamic Conference, the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, the Euromedcity network of cities, the Mediterranean Academy, the Almamed network of universities, the Kimiyya network of women for dialogue, the Academy for the United States of Europe and others.
A concise brochure on the 35 years of activity of the United States of the World was attached to the same act.
As of 22 November 2022, the date of conclusion of the international fulfilment, the "Constitution" is definitively approved and transmitted worldwide.
