There was great emotion in the courtyard of the "G. Caselli rare address institute " in Naples for the naming ceremony of the entire teaching staff and students as "Standard Bearers of the United States of the World". Headmaster Valter Luca de Bartolomeis expressed his pleasure at the honour received and pledged that the entire Institute would work to affirm the values enshrined in the "Constitution of the United States of the World". Secretary-General Prof. Michele Capasso expressed his appreciation for the quality of the training and the harmony among the students as he proceeded to name each of the teachers and students present on the last day of school. Dr. Pia Molinari visited the ceramic workshops and classrooms, appreciating the high quality of the work produced. On this occasion, the award of "Standard bearer" and "In viaggio con..." project coordinator was given to Prof. Pasquale Gallifuoco. Some students thanked the "United States of the World" in the main languages for the honour bestowed on them.
Thanks to the institutional commitment of H.E. the Prefect of Naples, Dr. Claudio Palomba, and the administrative capacity of the Agenzia del Demanio, it was possible to avert the relocation of the institutional headquarters of the United States of the World with the Museum of Peace - a World Heritage Site - to another country. Under Law 101 of 2002, implementing the resolutions of the governments of various countries and of the European Union, it was decided to allocate the Naples headquarters of the United States of the World on gratuitous loan for 99 years in certain portions of the former "Grand Hotel de Londres" and "Pierce Palace" property: for administrative reasons, it was not possible to allocate the entire spaces for 99 years, but with onerous concessions of varying duration, with a consequent management complication given the contiguousness and interference of other portions allocated for 99 years. Parliamentary appeals from the Italian and European Parliaments and appeals from Heads of State and Government since 2017 had urged a resolution of the issue. To this end, the Agenzia del Demanio (State Property Agency) has started the preliminary process for the issuance of a unitary enjoyment title aimed at gratuitousness in the maximum term of 30 years - coming as close as possible to the 99 years of the gratuitous Commodity already granted for the other real estate portions - pending the full applicability of the Code of the Third Sector, the founding norm of this new path: for this, a title has been issued that provides full legal legitimacy to the permanence of the United States of the World headquarters in Italy and Naples. The representatives of the various countries and international bodies expressed their gratitude, wishing for the conclusion of the process undertaken. The signing ceremony of the concession deed took place at the Prefecture of Naples in the presence of H.E. the Prefect of Naples Dr. Claudio Palomba. For the Agenzia del Demanio, present at the signing ceremony were:
