Its Statute has been signed by personalities and organisations supporting the fundamental values of Asian countries and constitutes the reference body for the United States of Asia.
Many research and cooperation programmes have been activated with major coun-tries on the continent: from China to India, from Japan to Indonesia. In particular, a series of activities has been dedicated to Central Asia, as China, Russia, the United States, but also Turkey and Iran are developing their respective foreign policies to become leading players in this region rich in natural resources: the aim is to make the West understand the different cultures of countries such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and others in order to build a constructive dialogue based on mutual respect.
