On the occasion of the creation of the AGA on 3 June 1985, His Majesty Hassan II said:
“This Association will be an example both for the large conurbations and for the other towns and villages of our Kingdom; willpower alone is not enough: we want both intentions and actions, especially since your intentions are as good as your actions".
These words still form the AGA's main roadmap today thanks to the passion and commitment of its President Prof. Mohamed Knidiri, supported by His Majesty Mohammed VI.
The AGA is a meeting point and hub for important socio-economic, cultural, musical, sporting and humanitarian events and provides vital help to the most vulnerable and destitute.
