As every year, the United States of the World, the Fondazione Mediterraneo and the Museum of Peace held various events with school students and selected groups of visitors on the occasion of the 2024 'Day of Remembrance'. In the Israel Room - inaugurated by Shimon Peres - various videos were screened, some of them unpublished, on the Shoah and the deportation of the Jews to the various concentration camps.
There was emotion and participation particularly when watching the testimonies of Israelis and Palestinians who were victims of the ongoing conflict. In particular the testimonies of Andra and Tatiana Bucci during their visit to the Museum of Peace. Their story was moving: daughters of Jewish mothers, in 1944 - when they were only 6 and 4 years old - they were deported to Auschwitz and survived.

Two hundred students from various schools in Campania gathered at the "United States of the World" headquarters for the "Italian Model United Nation" meeting, organised by the United Network Association under the patronage of the "United States of the World" and in collaboration with the Fondazione Mediterraneo and the Museum of Peace MAMT.
On this occasion, all participating students and UNA staff were named "United States Standard Bearers of the World".

Two hundred students from various schools in Campania, gathered at the headquarters of the "United States of the World" for the "Italian Model United Nation" meeting - organised by the United Network Association under the patronage of the "United States of the World" and in collaboration with the Fondazione Mediterraneo and the Museum of Peace MAMT - were appointed "Standard bearers of the United States of the World" during a ceremony attended by the Secretary-General Prof. Michele Capasso.

Professor Marina Melone, a renowned neurologist and scientist dedicated to the study of rare diseases, signed the "Kimiyya" poster for women's rights.
Welcomed by Secretary-General Michele Capasso and Pia Molinari, coordinator of the "Kimiyya" network, she also signed the poster on behalf of the "Women for Science" network.
