During a ceremony held at the Naples headquarters, Prof. Marina Melone was appointed "Standard Bearer of the United States of the World".
The award was presented - with the sash and badge - by Secretary-General Prof. Michele Capasso, Prof. Abdelhak Azzouzi and Senator Giuseppe Lumia, in the presence of ICESCO Director General H.E. Salim M. AlMalik, ambassadors from various countries and members of the United States of the World.

Prof. Luigi Nicolais, former Minister of the Italian Republic and President of the CNR, was appointed "Ambassador of the United States of the World" at a ceremony held in Naples. 
The award was presented - with the sash and badge - by Secretary-General Prof. Michele Capasso, Prof. Abdelhak Azzouzi and ICESCO Director General H.E. Salim M. AlMalik, in the presence of ambassadors from various countries and members of the United States of the World.

H.E. Salim M. AlMalik - Director General of ICESCO (Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) - was a guest of the "Maison des Alliances", accompanied by his wife Dr. Yousra Bint Hussain Al-Jazairy and their daughter Lana AlMalik. Welcomed by Secretary-General Michele Capasso and Pia Molinari - Prof. Abdelhak Azzouzi was present - they visited the "Maison", expressing great appreciation for the unique site that has hosted personalities from various countries over the past thirty years in order to produce actions for peace and dialogue.

H.E. Dr. Salim M. AlMalik, Director General of ICESCO (Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) received the "Mediterranean Award Institutions 2024". 
The ceremony took place in Naples at the headquarters of the United States of the World in the presence of political, institutional, religious and military authorities from various countries and, in particular, from ICESCO's 54 member countries.
Secretary-General Michele Capasso emphasised Dr. AlMalik's profound humanity and significant contribution to the development of ICESCO.
The Award was presented by Prof. Michele Capasso and Prof. Abdelhak Azzouzi, US Ambassador to the World, who drew a portrait of the awardee.
Present at the ceremony were Dr. AlMalik's wife, Dr. Yushra Aljaiziri, with her daughter Lana AlMalik and Prof. Luigi Nicolais, former Minister and President of the CNR.
